System Design

Fabrication

G.F. Puhl’s 56,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility produces produce high-quality components built to withstand the demands of your production process. Laser cutting technology results in more perfect and balanced blower wheels. Hi-tech welding positioners produce more consistent welds and improved fan life. High-definition plasma torches produce precision-cut pieces used in ductwork fittings and components.

System Installation & Commissioning

System installation is performed by well-trained, well-equipped, and experienced installation crews with an exceptional safety record. G.F. Puhl commissioning technicians are the same people who developed the operating program, designed the control panel layout, and developed system instructions. They don’t leave until the system works and you know how to run it.

Service

Whatever it takes to keep your system running, G.F. Puhl does it. Our network of in-house service technicians, engineers, and electrical technicians are all available for emergency calls to keep you running.

Remanufactured Equipment

Whether you’re installing a new system or upgrading an older one, remanufactured equipment offers a great value. G.F. Puhl remanufactures all main system components, including balers, shredders, blowers, filters, and separators. Remanufactured equipment comes with a warranty that is often the same as new equipment.
